We know what it’s like when life doesn’t go as planned.
Will Flowers opened this practice in Tifton in 2001, but his understanding of money, real estate, and family responsibility started long before that.
When Will’s father lost his battle with cancer, Will was in his twenties. He and his wife Jennifer left their careers and came home to Tifton, GA to help his mother run the family farm. They managed real estate investments and navigated tax and estate issues. They made mistakes and learned hard lessons. This inspired Will to expand his practice to better help families and business owners navigate these difficult situations.
That experience gave Will a deep, practical understanding of tax and estate challenges and created a financial responsibility that most advisors never develop. Because of this, Will understands how conservation programs work, how real estate interacts with estate planning, and what it really means to balance production with preservation. Our team has helped navigate these deeply personal challenges and believe they are equipped to help our clients.
